Our orders usually ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Bulk orders (special volume pricing) do not qualify for free shipping and subject to location based freight rate.
Returns
Returns accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Returns must be within 30 days of receipt.
Defective items - notify us within 2 days of receipt. A picture is worth a thousand words – TAKE PHOTOS.
Customer is responsible for shipping returns in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
A RMA number is required.

Refunds
A refund will be issued based on the following:
- The returned item is authorized (RMA#), received and inspected. An investigation may be necessary before the refund is issued.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if applicable.
- Your account will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.
Large Items Delivered by Common Carrier
IMPORTANT: Shipping damage must be reported within 2 days of the scheduled date of delivery.
During delivery: If you see obvious damage you may refuse the shipment and note the reason for the refusal on the delivery paperwork. TAKE PHOTOS of the damage. Call us at 800-544-4550 to report the refused delivery.
Before signing the bill of lading: Please inspect your merchandise presented by the trucking company. If there is obvious damage to the merchandise, TAKE PHOTOS, and document this damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. Any package defects such as tears, punctures, crushing, water damage or placement of the item wrong end up may indicate concealed damage. Please keep all packaging until you have determined the order is acceptable.
