Information we process
Lumen processes publicly accessible storefront information when you request a scan. If you request an assessment or contact us, we may also process the contact, company, storefront and message information you submit.
How it is used
We use submitted information to operate requested scans, prepare or discuss assessments, respond to inquiries, protect the service and improve reliability. We do not ask you to provide storefront passwords or payment credentials through scan or inquiry fields.
Public storefront data
The free scan evaluates information already publicly accessible from the submitted storefront. Results reflect the pages and product sample available at the time of analysis and may not represent the entire catalog.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards appropriate to the current service, including encrypted HTTPS transport and restricted production service access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit contact information and still use the public free scan. If you contact Lumen, you may ask us to correct or delete contact information we retain, subject to legitimate operational or legal requirements.
